True Romance tells the story of comic book geek, Clarence Worley (Christian Slater), who falls head over heels with his surprise birthday gift, call girl Alabama Whitman (Patricia Arquette).
The two tie the knot after a whirlwind romance, but after an attempt to retrieve his new bride’s possessions from pimp Drexl (Gary Oldman) goes wrong, Clarence and Alabama are forced to flee for their lives.
