Synopsis:
In Hollywood, fame can be found on every corner and behind any door. You just have to know where to look for it. Nineteen-year-old Madison Parker made a name for herself as best frenemy of the nice-girl-next-door Jane Roberts on the hot reality show L.A. Candy. Now Madison’s ready for her turn in the spotlight and she’ll stop at nothing to get it. Sure, she’s the star of a new show, but with backstabbing friends and suspicious family members trying to bring her down, Madison has her work cut out for her. Plus, there’s a new nice girl in “reality” town-aspiring actress Carmen Curtis, the daughter of Hollywood royalty-and she’s a lot more experienced at playing the fame game… When the cameras start rolling, whose star will shine brighter?
Even wondered what it was like to try and make it in LA? Well Madison, Carmen, Katy and Gaby are about to find out what it is like to try and become a success in one of the toughest businesses in the world. But this won’t be done in the privacy of their own homes. No, this is being done in front of cameras, with millions of fans watching their every move.
Madison, already famous because of her role in the hit show L.A Candy, as well as Madison’s Makeovers, has made it. She is recognised on the street and even recieves mail from doting fans. But with three other girls fighting for the limelight on a new reality show, has Madison really made it big time or will she just fade into the background?
Carmen and aspiring actress and daughter of very rich and very successful parents. She thinks The Fame Game will make her career. But her family and friends are not so certain. Will the show be the big break Carmen desires or will it just end her career before it had even begun?
Kate is a singer songwriter, who works two jobs, trying to earn enough cash to live of. After being spotted on You Tube performing she is scouted and asked to become a cast member for new show, The Fame Game.
Gaby. The ditzy, other girl from the show L.A. Candy. Is she only there for the entertainment factor, or will she come out of her shell when she becomes a news correspondent? But Gaby will be fighting just as hard as the rest of them to secure her 15 minutes of fame.
