It is believed that Shilpa Shetty has recommended her sister Shamitas name to Endemol, the Big Brother production house, for the next season of Big Brother.Shilpas victory in the 2007 series of Celebrity Big Brother gave that much-needed spark to her flagging career. The actress gained international fame and success overnight, and now she wants her sister to have the same shot at being famous. Shilpa is regularly in touch with Endemol. During her last visit to UK, she had a word with them about the possibility of having Shamita as one of the celebrity contestant for Big Brother.They are considering that Shamita would indeed add something to the show. The celebrity Big Brother starts in January and talks are on with various celebs from all walks of life. Apparently, Shamita is in UK to meet the Big Brother producers. However, her publicist says, "Not true. Shamita left for London on Monday night for the production/distribution work of their production house."
