Despite Shahrukh Khan obvious appeal in Bollywood, he may be facing an upward struggle to get people visiting his latest film.

He's always had success with his films, even though he only released two films last year, they were both huge hits. Now however, following the recent terrorist attacks in Mumbai, people are not going out.

Khan's newest release Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi may struggle at the box office, because movie goers are not venturing out to public places and this has already been the case for recent films, Yuvvraaj and Dil Kabbadi.

The economic recession has also hit people hard, with many professionals in the industry believing this could be Shahrukh Khan's hardest challenge to date- simply getting people through the theatre doors.

This may not be the favourite time for film releases, but the makers of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi are sure their film will be a success. It stars Khan as a common man who transforms himself in order to fulfil his lover's ambition.
