Shah Rukh Khan has admitted he would like to get serious about making it big internationally.
The Bollywood actor has said to the media in the past that he did not feel bad about rejecting Slumdog Millionaire, but has let slip that he was dejected about all the Oscar glory it got.
His role eventually went to Anil Kapoor, in the film that went on to become the darling of the award shows, sweeping the board at every major event earlier this year.
Now Shah Rukh now apparently wants to do more roles that will take him internationally into the public eye.
Good friend Preity Zinta has told SRK that she will be teaming up with Indian-Canadian filmmaker Deepa Mehta for her next film, and SRK told her to invite Deepa to South Africa, to discuss the IPL matches, but also no doubt to discuss movies too.
