Bollywood superstar, Mallika Sherawat, who earlier starred in an international production, The Myth, alongside Jackie Chan is to star in an Hollywood film called The Aquarian Gospel.The film is based on the early years of Jesus Christ's life and is to be directed by Australian filmmaker, Drew Heriot, who previously directed the smash hit docu-feature, The Secret. The film picks up on the theory that Christ, between the age of 13 yrs and 30 yrs, traveled through India, Tibet, Persia, Greece and Egypt. Mallika would be playing the role of Saraswati, one of Yeshua's (Jesus) loyal friends whom he meets while he travels through India. Interestingly, Mallika even played an Indian princess from the period era in The Myth which flopped at the box-office. Although Mallika can hardley be held responsible for the films lack of success as her appearance was after all confined to seconds if the viewer was to blink they would have missed it. Will Mallika be able to finally fulfil her potential in a better and bigger role.
