Bollywood - Lisa Ray's lesbian act in 'I Can't Think Straight'Once the preserve of it brash no bounderies big brother Hollywood now sex is no longer tabu in Bollywood.I Can't Think Straight hits the box office addressing the issue of lesbianism and features scenes of girl on girl from Lisa Ray and Sheetal Seth.The film based on Shamim Sharif's autobiographical book. Sharif also directs the film has just finished shooting in the UK. Lisa Ray, who is currently carving out a successfull Bollywood career, has been taking Mumbai by storm in Deepa Mehta's Oscar-nominated "Water". Mehta is very non-commital on her star actress. saying Lisa was chosen for "Water" following a shortlist that included Tabu and Kareena Kapoor. adding she had no idea what Lisa is doing with her career. only that she knew she is in great demand following her success in 'Water'. Lisa Ray's first Bollywood spot was in Vikram Bhatt's "Kasoor" remains as non-commital as Mehta on her new role .
The films makers are confident that I Can't Think Straight will pass the censors without too much difficulty feeling Director Sharif has handled the subject sympathetically
