Bollywood babe Katrina Kaif has decided not to star in Rave Party.

The film, directed by Prabhakar Shukla is based on the controversial Scarlett Keeling murder case and was all set to begin filming.

Katrina was lined up to play the role of British teenager, Scarlett who was murdered in Goa, but she has now decided against starring.

It's thought that she found the script too controversial and also insisted that she couldn't act in the film, when there was certainty about the unsolved murder case.

Shukla has reportedly send the script to Keeling's mother for approval and is now on the lookout for a new actress to star in the movie, which will also deal with the topics of sex and drugs among teenagers.
