Kareena Kapoor
Kareena Kapoor has caught the attention of Gordon Brown, with the Prime Minister inviting the Bollywood star to the House of Commons as his special guest.
She was expected to meet the PM himself and to be honoured as the international ambassador as part of Silver Star charity that is known for spreading awareness about diabetes.
The proceedings at the function were entertained by members from the different areas such as politics, business, arts and culture, sports etc.
However Kareena, could not made the function das she was shooting the film ‘Kambakt Ishq‘ alongside Akshay Kumar in Mumbai. She is still eager to work with Silver Star charity though.
It is not the first time Kareena has received international praise.
Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone recently expressed his appreciation of the actress.
