Sequel To Jaane Tu In The Works?
A sequel to Jaane Tu is reportedly in the works at the moment, featuring most of the original cast.
Genelia D’Souza and Imran will, of course be playing the leads and Abbas Tyrewala is to direct the movie. The rest of the cast will also stay the same, only playing more mature characters.
The Bollywood director told a Mumbai tabloid: "It starts with Jai (Imran Khan) and Aditi (Genelia D’Souza) having problems in their marriage.
"They are on the verge of a divorce after Jai ends up drunk and having a one-night-stand," he added.
Since both Genelia and Imran are busy working on other projects now, Abbas is trying to fix other dates for them to shoot.
However, the sequel won't begin filming until Abbas finishes his second film 1-800-Love, which has his wife Pakhi and John Abraham as the lead, reports Masala.
