Gracy Singh Returns
Gracy Singh has kept a low profile since starring in Lagaan in 2001, but now one of Bollywoods brightest is set to make a comeback on the silver screen.Gracy, has been keeping a low profile since playing Sanjay Dutt 's love interest in the 2003 hit Munnabhai MBBS and opposite Ajay Devgan in Gangaajal now she will feature in two films, 'Deshdrohi' and 'Aseema' based on an Oriya novel.Ms Singh has been quoted as saying the reason she did not follow Lagaan until now, she was waiting for the right roles to come her way. But this time Gracy is fully committed to her new projects. Singh has just completed filming for the first movie 'Deshdrohi’ Gracy is playing the lead in the film and is cast opposite Kamal Khan which encompassed several fight scenes requiring her to take lessons from fight masters.Filming starts soon on film number two, 'Aseema,' in which she plays the title role, about a girl's journey in life. She belongs to a rich family and her upbringing never lets experience of the real world. But she is quickly brought down to earth with a bang after she gets married. Gracy describes the movie as having a beautiful love angle to it.
