A woman in France has launched a legal bid to prove she's alive.
Jeanne Pouchain has gone to court for the unusual legal battle after being declared dead in 2017.
Pouchain was considered to be dead after a "snowballing" of judicial errors after a dispute with her former employee.
The ruling has caused her a number of problems as she now has no bank account, no identity papers and no health insurance.
She told the French newspaper France Bleu: "I went to see a lawyer who told me that this would be sorted out very quickly.
"I went to my doctor to get a piece of paper saying that I was well and truly alive, but apparently, this document is not enough because it goes against a court ruling."
