Sarah Schmidt, 34, decided to take drastic action two months ago because she thought she looked like fictional animated character Shrek in an unflattering holiday snap.
Sarah had wanted to receive plastic surgery since childhood, first aspiring to look like a Playboy Bunny and later wanting to resemble President Trump's daughter.
The technology analyst underwent a three-hour surgery and she received a rhinoplasty, liposuction under her cheeks and chin, as well as liposuction to her upper arms, lower back, abdomen, hips, and thighs.
The fat drained from her body, which measured to about half a pint, was injected into her buttocks as part of a Brazilian butt lift.
