Uri Geller has hit out at suggestions that people who have seen ghosts or aliens are suffering from brain damage.
The spoon-bending psychic has blasted mind expert Saul Martinez-Horta for questioning the health of those who say they have spotted the supernatural or extraterrestrials.
Martinez-Horta wrote: "I haven't come across any paranormal phenomena that cannot be explained by a damaged brain."
Geller has poured scorn on the neuropsychologist's claims and says that people are entitled to their own opinion about the existence of ghosts and aliens. He suggests that Albert Einstein's theory of relativity is proof that the paranormal does exist as the energy of dead humans is still present on Earth.
The TV illusionist said: "I would say that millions of people believe in UFOs, millions claim that they have seen UFOs and ghosts, so you cannot debunk that.
"Aliens, ghosts and the paranormal exist. Anyone who says people who believe in the supernatural are brain damaged, that's a terrible thing to say."
