The US Air Force veteran has alleged that saucer "pilots" numbering into "double digits" were salvaged from crashed spacecraft.
Grusch also explained how scientists have been left "bamboozled" by the "variety" of biological "entities".
He told The Joe Rogan Experience podcast: "I talk to people who are familiar with the biological analysis and everything... it's like, 'Well I don't even understand the physiology at all', it's like what the heck, it's way different."
Grusch sent shockwaves around the world earlier this year when he claimed that the US government had been covering up UFO crashes for several decades.
He suggested that he had been informed that scientists had worked on top-secret efforts aimed at reverse-engineering extraterrestrial craft.
