Vladimir Putin's TV propagandist has called on Russia to attack London.
Vladimir Solovyov hosts programmes on the state-owned Russia 1 channel and unleashed a tirade at Britain for pledging to offer military assistance to Ukraine in the ongoing war with Moscow.
Speaking on his Solovyov Live show, he said: "Can't we finally strike at London? What is the problem?
"Well, they (Britain) are going to give planes (to Ukraine) to strike deep into Russia's territory."
Solovyov's monologues have become increasingly irate since Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine last year and he took issue with the fact that Britain and other members of the UN recognise Crimea as being part of Ukraine rather than Russia.
Moscow illegally annexed the territory in 2014 and the move was widely condemned by the international community at the time.
Solovyov said: "At the same time, they (Britain) cunningly said: 'No, well, we just don't recognise Crimea as Russia.' How about Kaliningrad?'
"What do they want to tell us? That is, you will now determine what Russia is for you? Not the people living in Russia will determine it, not a referendum, not a vote, but you will determine what Russia is for us?
"In that case, we will not recognise at all - for us there is not England at all. No France. No Germany. Instead, these are Nazi states united by hatred for everything Russian."
