A teacher discovered a wild fox sleeping on a sofa in a London school.
Miss McIntosh, a biology teacher at St Richard Reynolds Catholic College in Twickenham in south west London - who identifies herself such online - shared a snap of the sly devil taking a snooze on a department staff staff room couch on 28 January.
Miss McIntosh captioned it: “Look who we found, comfy in the staff room this morning.”
In response, she and her colleagues locked the door and contacted the RSPCA for assistance, who took him away safely. Due to not setting off an alarm, Miss McIntosh suspected that the little fella crept in when the doors were unlocked in the morning.
She said: “We were very scared so we called in the RSPCA so as not to upset it..... locked the staffroom door and had a Shhh quiet sign up along the corridor until they came to its rescue.”
Miss McIntosh believes that it was not his first time and believes he will strike again.
“While we waited it was very peaceful.... locked the door, kept quiet and called the RSPCA who came and removed it safely and swiftly... so sad to see it go. However by the looks of things, this wasn't the first visit so might not be the last.”
