A San Francisco restaurant is offering a $75 meal for dogs.
Dogue opened last month and only serves canines, with owner and head chef Rahmi Massarweh claiming that the eatery is the first in the US to serve a tasting menu exclusively for pooches.
The $75 three-course meal is served only on Sunday walk-ins and pet owners are able to choose from dishes such as organic beef chuck steak with fermented carrots.
During the rest of the week, Dogue serves Parisian pastries and "dogguccinos".
Massarweh prepares and presents every dish at the restaurant, even the ones he cooks on a nightly basis for his pooches: Grizzly, Luna, Achilles and Sir Wellington.
The chef told the Los Angeles Times newspaper: "What we do doesn't generally exist.
"My approach is as if it were a human restaurant. It's as if you have come into my restaurant, and the star guest is your dog."
