Kirill Tereshin - who is also known online as Ruki Bazuki - has been altering his face with multiple operations and has now completed his goal of looking like "an alien"and wants to "get to them" when he dies.

Speaking in an Instagram video showing off his new face, he said in Russian: "It looks like an alien's face! "I feel that when I die, I will get to them. I believe in this. The third transformation of my face is complete - successfully. How beautiful it is. Everything is done as it should be." It is all going according to plan. What a handsome male I am. Damn...if I was a girl, I'd s*** myself."

Meanwhile, the 25-year-old has also received petroleum jelly injections that bolstered his biceps to dangerously huge levels and garnered the nickname Popeye after the children's cartoon character, even though the procedures could prove fatal.

Surgeon Dmitry Melnikov said: "The risk of complications in this case is very high. But inaction will not help the patient. A toxic substance in the body long term can complicate the kidneys and lead to death."
