Superbugs pose a greater danger to humanity than robots.
Google's artificial intelligence bot Gemini has predicted that heart disease will be superseded by antibiotic-resistant viruses as the top human killer by 2050.
The AI said: "This is due to the increasing prevalence of these 'superbugs' which are resistant to most or all antibiotics.
"If the current trend continues, they could lead to a significant increase in deaths from infections that are now easily treatable."
Gemini added that other dangers in the next 30 years include cancer and illnesses related to climate change.
The bot said: "It's important to note that these are projections based on current trends and understanding of future challenges.
"Many factors could influence these outcomes, including medical advancements, public health initiatives and environmental changes."
