A pig has been captured in a park in New York City.
Police officers were called out to a park in Queens after the animal was reportedly running loose and credited the caller for keeping the pig close by after feeding it crisps.
Officers cornered the pig under a car and were able to place the animal in a crate to complete the rescue - although a second pig was seen in the same area just hours later.
John Di Leonardo, president of the animal rescue group Long Island Orchestrating for Nature, told the New York Daily News newspaper: "We are currently working under the assumption that someone abandoned them in the park there. The first one was found a few blocks from the park. This other one has been spotted inside the park hours later."
