A man plans to have his nipples, bellybutton and genitals removed to be a ''sexless alien''.

Vinny Ohh has already had cheek and brow fillers, facial peels and botox and uses coloured contact lenses but is planning £130,00 worth of surgery to complete his ''unsexless'' look.
Speaking on UK TV show 'This Morning', he said: ''My next step is to possibly remove my genitals, nipples, my belly button, to give me a complete black, unsexless look.''
However, he can't have the surgery in his native US so will travel abroad to have the procedures.
He added: ''There are so many rules and laws against it, it's not done a lot so I'm looking at two doctors in Sweden and one in Thailand for these procedures.''
And Vinny isn't worried about how having his genitals removed will affect his love life because he isn't interested in relationships.
He said: ''No I'm not interested in relationships and it's not really a possibility in LA. For someone who is gender non-binary, it's hard in general so I'm not worried.''
