A man unknowingly lived with three penises for his entire life.
The Briton donated his body to the University of Birmingham Medical School after his death at the age of 78 where a "remarkable anatomical variation" was discovered during his dissection.
The unnamed man's genitals seemed normal from the outside but deeper examination revealed that he had two smaller todgers "stacked" inside his groin.
He is just the second person on record to have triphalia - three penises - after an anonymous three-month-old baby was discovered to have the exceptionally rare condition in 2020.
However, only one of the penises was functional which meant he may have been totally oblivious to the condition.
Experts at the Journal of Medical Case Reports wrote: "These penile morphological abnormalities may not have been identified during his life.
"However, he may have lived with functional deficits due to the abnormal anatomy of the region, which may include urinary tract infections, erectile dysfunction or fertility issues."
