A kickboxer has broken the world record for throwing punches.
Slovak martial artist Pavel Trusov threw 322 punches in the space of a minute to set a new benchmark.
The 25-year-old has trained in martial arts for almost 20 years and dedicated six months of practice for his record attempt.
Trusov power-lifted to improve his muscle mass and took CrossFit sessions to boost his stamina to help earn the accolade.
Guinness World Record required each punch to be a ''full extension punch'', meaning his arm to fully extend with each strike - making the challenge even harder.
Trusov said: ''[The training] was definitely not easy. It was during this training that I learned what incredible muscle pain is. But motivation and family support is the best motivational medicine.''
