A lost dog was found four years later more than 400 miles away from its Northern California home.

The Riverside County Department of Animal Services has revealed an eight-year-old German shepherd called Kimber was found by a member of the public almost half a decade after it went missing, and its owner has no idea how his pooch managed to travel so far.
The man drove more than 400 miles from Grass valley to Fontana to pick up Kimber and take it home.
