A newly-bought Lamborghini was wrecked after just 20 minutes.
A motorist was left in despair after the luxury car was smashed in a crash on the M1 in West Yorkshire.
According to local police, the vehicle was hit from behind by a van after stopping due to a ''mechanical failure''.
An officer shared images from the crash scene, tweeting that although ''it's only a car'' he ''could have cried''.
Police were called to reports of a two-vehicle collision near junction 40 of the M1, leading to part of the motorway being shut as the cars were removed.
The Lamborghini owner is yet to be identified and it's unknown if the model was bought or used.
However, similar models are listed for sale online for between £150,000 and £250,000.
