A professor at Kingston University is turning into David Bowie for an assignment.
Film and cultural studies professor Will Brooker will spend 2016 becoming the 80's icon to gain a better knowledge of the star.
The 45-year-old lecturer will wear the same clothes as the 'Life On Mars?' hitmaker and will also do activities just like him, including watching the same movies and reading books, which he liked that the singer enjoyed at certain points in his career, according to Newser.
He told the Guardian newspaper: ''The idea is to inhabit Bowie's head space at points in his life and career to understand his work from an original angle, while retaining a critical and objective perspective at the same time - a kind of split persona, perhaps.''
