Jogging can improve your sex life.
A leading health expert claims that exercises such as running, cycling and swimming can be an aphrodisiac for couples who are looking to improve the quality of their lovemaking.
Exercising boosts blood flow and testosterone, increasing arousal in both males and females.
The endorphins from physical exertion put people in a passionate mood and override the tiredness that causes couples to prioritise sleep over sex.
Professor Amanda Daley, of Loughborough University, said: "The odds of having sex are higher in men and women who are moderately physically active at least once a week, rather than inactive.
"Feeling fresh and energised can affect people's motivation for sex, and being fitter and more toned could also improve their sexual confidence."
