An Indian inventor has created a car in the shape of the coronavirus to drive home the importance of staying indoors.
Sudhakar Yakav made the single-seater vehicle using fluorescent-green fibre and it's adorned with the red crown-like spikes of the virus and has been touring the streets of Hyderabad.
He is hoping to remind fellow citizens of the danger of COVID-19, with India in the midst of a nationwide lockdown.
The 67-year-old inventor revealed that his quirky idea for the vehicle was inspired by the virus-shaped helmets worn by police elsewhere in India.
