Kim Searle has spent every day for the past 24 years, even when she went on holiday, trying her luck at winning competitions ever since she won a microwave in 1989, and she has gone on to win several impressive prizes including a £10,000 holiday to Disneyland Florida and £2,000 return flights to Australia.
The 50-year-old woman is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: ''I basically enter competitions every single day morning, noon and night. I'm addicted. I will enter them regardless of what prize it is. Waiting for the postman to turn up with a prize for me has become a fix.''
Kim once won some nappies even though she doesn't have kids and also won a £20 canister of motor oil for a petrol engine, despite her and husband David having a diesel vehicle.
