A man claims he is a victim of “hate crime” by a savage seagull who dive bombs him on his daily commute.
Taylor James - who works in a Marks and Spencer – said the bird started following him on his way to work on July 25.
Taylor, 21, has had to start sprinting through the backstreets to avoid the menacing gull's daily attacks.
Taking to social media, James filmed the moment the bird attacked and shared it to his TikTok followers.
Taylor wrote on the clip: "Every time I'm on my way to work I get hate crimed by the same seagull and it laughs at me.
"Basically, most mornings when I’m on my way to work / to catch the train, I walk down past the back of some houses and I can feel the seagulls staring at me and waiting for me to come.
"I act calm but literally they start diving at me and that’s when I have to start running.
"As a gay boy who doesn’t ever do sport, the running part is the worst bit.
"I literally have a massive fear of seagulls now, my mum is petrified of anything that flies and I really get why now."
