The world's first ''Holiday Hypnosis'' service has been launched.
Legendary hypnotist Paul McKenna has joined forces with Virgin Holidays to provide overworked Britons with the chance to feel the effects of a rejuvenating two-week long holiday in just 20 minutes as they recover from the overindulgences of the festive season.
McKenna explained: ''Together we're going to help the British public feel like they've been relaxing with loved ones in their dream holiday destination despite the freezing temperatures outside ... We'll simulate the feeling you get when the brain releases endorphins, the natural feel-good hormones often associated with a holiday.''
The one-on-one Holiday Hypnosis sessions took place in a ''hypno-pod'' at House of Fraser in the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, south east England, yesterday (05.01.15) and today (06.01.15).
