A giant snake was found in a shopping cart at a Texas supermarket.

A Walmart employee was shocked to find a large rat snake twisted inside a collection of shopping carts outside the store.
The Northeast Police Department wrote in a Facebook post: ''Recent heavy rains are forcing a lot of snakes out of their natural habitats, and this goes to show, that they can turn up just about anywhere.''
A police officer who was patrolling the area also came upon the snake after hearing a loud scream in the parking lot.
Luckily, Savannah resident John Heckaman - who is described as 'The Snake Charmer' in the Facebook post - was around to remove the snake and was bitten ''only'' once.
