Balenciaga are selling a pair of dirty running shorts
The garment from the Spanish brand Balenciaga is pre-loaded with stains and has threads hanging off to create the so-called destroyed look.
Buyers will not be able to put the shorts in the washing machine after a workout as they are dry-clean only. The brand describes the finish of the unisex shorts as a "destroyed dirty curly fleece".
A white pair is available for the price of £595 but they do not have the 'destroyed' look.
It is not the only extremely expensive item on sale at the fashion house as a pair of rubber clogs with rhinestones glued on for a staggering £6,450.
The footwear is part of the brand's new collection for summer 2023, which also includes a pair of pink legging platform boots costing £2,850.
