David Beckham with sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz

David Beckham has been crowned 'King Dad' by the British public ahead of Father's Day on Sunday (16.06.13).

The retired soccer star - who is a father to sons Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, and Cruz, eight, as well as 22-month-old daughter Harper - topped the votes in a new poll by unique triangular chocolate bar Toblerone.

The 38-year-old hunk scored 23 per cent of the votes, beating off competition from chat show host Jonathan Ross, who managed 17 per cent, while Peter Andre (14 per cent) was in third place with one in seven Brits backing him.
