A case brought to court by Universal Records over a dancing baby has been overturned.
The music giant tried to force a family to remove a video posted to YouTube that showed their toddler grooving to the beat of Prince's track 'Let's Go Crazy' - because they believed it was in breach of copyright laws.
However the 29-second video - which was uploaded in 2007 by Stephanie Leanz and has since been viewed 1,736,531 times - can now be enjoyed by millions more because a court in San Francisco found that the music giants had taken the issue too far.
