A German couple are taking legal action after being kicked off a cruise ship for making too much noise while having sex.

The duo - who were only identified as Renate F and Volker - were on the first day of a two-week Caribbean cruise.
The couple admit they forgot to close their balcony door before the passionate encounter and then got into a loud fight.
They were ordered to leave the ship, meaning they were stranded in Barbados and had to spend thousands on new flights.
Renate told German newspaper the Reise Reporter that she has been left scarred by the incident, and claimed the tour company had neglected their duty of care.
A spokeswoman for TUI Cruises told the newspaper that ''due to a security related incident... we asked guests to leave the ship''.
