A couple in Florida were left shocked after two alligators fought outside their house.

Sue and Joe Geshel were at home when they heard banging on the front door. Joe looked outside the house where the two reptiles were battling over territory, but Sue thought her husband was going ''crazy'' when he told her about the animals.
She told WINK-TV: ''I thought he was joking because we had so much to do and so much on his mind, I thought he was going crazy.
''All of a sudden, there was a loud pounding and that's when I got involved because it sounded like someone was pounding on my front door and needed some help.''
Sue then realised that Joe was telling the truth as the alligators squabble outside.
She recorded footage of the creatures, who left of their own accord after 20 minutes.
