A property dubbed Britain's narrowest house has gone up for sale.
Rose Cottage in Leicestershire has gone on the market for £275,000 despite being only 13 feet wide.
The house was recently renovated and features a modern kitchen and bathroom in the tight space, as well as a small yard at the back of the property.
Richard Chesterton, from estate agent Newton Fallowell Oadby, told The Sun newspaper: "Newton Fallowell Oadby has been advising the client over the past 12 months to present a modern yet quirky and niche property.
"We believe the property to be one of the narrowest detached houses in Britain, offering a rare opportunity for buyers to acquire a wonderful home within the highly desirable location of South Knighton in Leicester."
