A London council relieved themselves of the ex-toilet block, situated in Crystal Palace, south west London, where a two-bedroom flat sells for as much as £360,000, as they were in desperate need for quick cash.
It is said the toilet, which has not been used for five years, ''may be suitable for conversion or redevelopment''.
The number of operating toilets in London dropped from 486 to 401 in 10 years, with many WCs being converted into various business ventures from comedy clubs to beauty salons.
