Woman fined for mobility scooter binge
A woman was fined and given 10 penalty points after she was found slumped over her mobility scooter.

Tina Morris insists she wasn't drunk in charge of the vehicle, despite admitting she had ''two or three'' double vodkas just before driving the motor, but it was impossible to tell because she refused to take a breath test.
The 54-year-old woman is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: ''I wasn't drunk. I had only had two or three double vodkas with my lunch.
''I was having a fag because my back was hurting.''
