An IT worker in India quit his £450-a-month job because he was getting paid too much.
Sandeep Jia admitted he was getting ''depressed'' about his high wage because many of his compatriots are living in poverty in Bangalore.
He said: ''I was getting depressed, and in the end I decided to solve the problem by leaving and looking for a different job.''
Sandeep claims he repeatedly asked to be paid less for the job but his bosses ignored his request - so he resigned.
