Hitler's toilet found in New Jersey

A toilet used by Nazi party leader, Adolf Hitler, has been found in a car repair garage in New Jersey.

''There is nothing to indicate it was his, but over the years hundreds of people have popped by to have a look.''

The loo - which was installed onboard the party's 433ft luxury yacht Aviso Grille - is reported to be in full working order and in daily use at Greg's Auto Repair in Florence, New Jersey.

The current garage boss Greg Kohfeldt believes the toilet was found on a scrap yard in 1951 by it's previous owner after the Aviso Grille was broken up close by.

He is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: ''Not many people can say they have used the same throne as the most evil man in history, can they?

''There is nothing to indicate it was his, but over the years hundreds of people have popped by to have a look.''

Owner Greg is hoping to sell it in the future if he is offered a good deal.

He said: ''If the right offer came along I'd seriously consider it. Imagine having it in your house. It would be a conversation starter.''
