A Harry Potter impersonator shocked rail staff in New York after trying to board the Hogwarts Express.
Sebastian Thomas, 11, dressed up as the fictional wizard - played by Daniel Radcliffe in the film franchise - and was sent to Penn Station by YouTube channel Improv Everywhere as part of a prank that saw him pretend to be the character, who boards the Hogwarts Express train on platform nine-and-three-quarters.
The youngster left railway staff and commuters baffled when he kept asking where the platform was and when one worker asked him where his parents were Sebastian shocked him by replying, ''They're dead,'' as Harry's mother and father are deceased. But the employee later got the joke.
