Man creates lifejacket for pet fish

''People have said I'm crazy but every animal is a valued family member

A British man has created a lifejacket for his pet fish Einstein after spotting him looking ''depressed'' in his tank.

Leighton Naylor came up with the design for his fish Einstein after spotting him in his tank one day looking ''depressed'' because he couldn't swim properly, so he forged the swimming aid out of tubes.

He said: ''He just looked depressed, the poor fish. I was heartbroken. I thought I'm going to have to do something about this.

''People have said I'm crazy but every animal is a valued family member... I've tried to train all of my fish but Einstein's my star pupil. He can swim through my fingers and he was getting into fish football when he fell sick.''
