Roy the ram believes he's a dog
A sheep has grown up thinking he is a dog.
''Roy is just like a dog, I do not think he knows he is a sheep.''
The ram - known as Roy - was bought by Lisa Evans, a landlady from Lancashire in the North West of England, after she fell in love with him and used money raised in her bar to buy him in an auction.
However, after taking Roy back to her home she realised that her woolly friend was unaware of the fact he's a sheep as he behaves more like a family pet.
She told the Lancashire Telegraph newspaper: ''Roy is just like a dog, I do not think he knows he is a sheep.''
Lisa made the connection after Roy befriended local dogs and chased after quad bikes with them. He even helps the farmer to round up his fellow sheep.
She said: ''He follows the farmer and he rounds the other sheep up. Other farms have a sheep pig or a sheep dog, but we have a sheep sheep.
''He is a lovely little lamb and he has a personality of his own.''
