A bird burglar was caught after officers tracked his movements using a mobile phone app.
Aubrey Hope was sentenced to two years after he took chickens, canaries and four bikes, among other things, when he raided four homes in one night.
The 24-year-old man also stole a phone which had a tracking device and police officers traced him back to his home in the Isle of Sheppey.
