Man grows new nose on forehead
A Chinese man has had a new nose grown on his forehead.
The 22-year-old guy - who is known only as Xiaolian - underwent the treatment after damaging his normal snout in a road traffic accident in August 2012, but it got infected after he failed to seek treatment and surgeons were unable to fix it.
As a result they opted to grow him a new nose elsewhere on his body, with the help of cartilage from the man's ribs, and then transplant it to where the damaged one was.
