The 81-year-old star is one of the best-selling music artists of all time - but Barbra was frustrated to discover that Apple's Siri feature didn't pronounce her name correctly.
Barbra - who has also enjoyed huge success in the movie business - recently told the BBC: "My name isn't spelled with a 'Z'. It's Strei-sand, like sand on the beach. How simple can you get?
"And Tim Cook was so lovely. He had Siri change the pronunciation."
Barbra feels grateful that she was able to initiate the change so quickly.
She added: "I guess that's one perk of fame!"
