Americans are being warned to stop licking toads.
The National Park Service (NPS) issued the strange warning earlier this week as some people have resorted to licking the amphibians to get high.
The US government agency explained that Sonoran desert toads secrete a potent toxin that can make people sick or "poison your mouth".
The skin of the toad contains the hallucinogenic Bufotenin and the practice of licking the creatures has grown in popularity thanks to the likes of boxing legend Mike Tyson and Hunter Biden - the son of President Joe Biden.
The NPS wrote in a Facebook post: "As we say with most things you come across in a national park, whether it be a banana slug, unfamiliar mushroom, or a large toad with glowing eyes in the dead of night, please refrain from licking. Thank you. Toot!"
